I love shopping at Kohl’s, they are so customer friendly! Did you know if you sign up for a Kohl’s credit card it can save you tons of money? Just make sure you pay the balance off each month! You can even pay it right at the store when your done shopping! Each month I get via email and snail mail coupons and discounts a plenty. Several times a year they offer Kohl’s cash. For every $50. you spend you get $10.00 back to use at a specified time listed on the Kohl’s cash. Other great perks are if you can’t find an item in the store, you can go to the customer service desk and order it online. They will ship it to your house for free. Also, if you return anything for any reason they will issue full refunds with a receipt. No receipt? No problem. They will exchange it, corporate refund it, or give you a store credit. The best part is there is no tine limit! If you find a mistake on your receipt make sure you let them know. They over charged me for a candle once. They gave me my money back and gave me the candle too. Along with an apology. I was amazed!! Most places begrudgingly give you your money back and have a difficult time admitting they made a mistake.
