Hale Centre Theatre Presents: Tuck Everlasting! + Win 2 Tickets!

Hale Centre Theatre presents the ageless story of the family time forgot with the regional premiere of Tuck Everlasting! We are so lucky to have this new musical playing NOW in the new beautiful Sorenson Legacy Jewel Box Stage.

Tuck Everlasting is a new musical based on Natalie Babbitt’s American children’s novel of the same name. The classic story is often read in schools and has been enjoyed by many generations. The musical adaptation of the classic story made its world premiere in Atlanta, Georgia in 2015 and then moved to Broadway in 2016. Hale Centre Theatre’s production marks the first time the musical will be performed in the Western region and features a cast of all local professional actors.

 The story centers on Winnie Foster, an 11-year-old girl wanting freedom from her stuffy home in New Hampshire during the late 1800s. Her path crosses with the Tucks, a family that drank from the spring in the woods near Winnie’s house and has ceased aging ever since. Winnie must protect their secret from the prying eyes of her town, and from the Man in the Yellow Suit, who has been hunting the Tucks for years. As the Tucks prepare to move on to the next town, Winnie is faced with a decision: live out her life until her old age or join the Tucks on their immortal adventure.

PERFORMANCE TIMES

• Mon-Sat evenings at 7:30 p.m.
• Sat Matinees at 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Due to demand some other 4:00 p.m. performances may be added.
• No children under the age of five are permitted in the theater on all other performances.

Ticket prices are a great value for this regional premiere, at only $40 for adults and $20 for children ages five through 12. Side View Seating is $36 for adults and $18 for children.

If you are looking online and it says that the shows are sold out, you might still want to call and see if you can get tickets. I have called and gotten tickets that others have canceled. And they are so helpful.
