How many of you went to see The Pirate Queen at Hale Centre Theatre? Wasn’t it Amazing?! Both Jill and I just loved it. I can’t wait for their next production. Peter and the Starcatcher opens on April 13th and it is already selling out. But don’t worry, they are adding more shows so you can still get your tickets. But I wouldn’t wait long. I’m taking my kids to this one! I’m so excited!
Peter Pan and Black Stache the Pirate Sail into Hale Centre Theatre for the Hilarious Production of Peter and the Starcatcher!
I love Peter Pan. After reading up on this play, it looks like so much fun! Totally different than any other story about Peter Pan that I’ve seen, I think my kiddos will love it!
Winner of 5 Tony Awards!
Neverland comes to Utah with the Tony Award-winning production of Peter and the Starcatcher. It’s a magic-filled adventure featuring Peter, Molly Aster, and the Lost Boys, who battle evil pirate Black Stache, in their journey to keep their treasure safe and save the world.
“This show within a show truly brings to life the imagination of everyone in the audience,” said Sally Dietlein, HCT vice president and executive producer. “In Peter and the Starcatcher, a troupe of storytellers come together and use whatever they can find, (mops, blankets, umbrellas, trunks, ropes and more) to create the pretend world of Peter Pan. You will see the actors playing multiple roles including the scenery!”
Peter and the Starcatcher will run from April 14th – May 18th. Like I said before, it is already selling out but they are adding more shows. Also, if a show says that it is sold out online, I’ve found that I can call the box office and they sometimes have tickets available that they don’t have online. Also, people cancel the day of or the day before sometimes, so if you decide you want to try to see a show last minute, there are sometimes tickets available by calling the day of too.
PERFORMANCE TIMES
- Mon-Sat evenings at 7:30 p.m.

It looks like they are also adding 4:00 p.m. matinees throughout the week as well.
