Yesterday I took my girls shopping for my hubbies Christmas present.  This was the first year I let them pick out whatever they wanted (well, sort of).  I needed to take them to a store that I knew we would have a great selection and find great prices as well.  So we went to Gordmans.  My girls had a blast at the store.  Have you been to Gordmas lately?  I wrote a review for them a while back and I have a been a HUGE fan ever since.  It took a little convincing and persuading that dad really didn’t want that “Oh My Gosh It is Beautiful” Princess Castle.  But once I steered them past all the cute girly clothes, the toy section, and the decor (yes, they found a owl toy chest that my 3 year old just KNEW would be perfect) we made it to the men’s section.

You should have seen my daughters eyes light up when I told her that this shirt said Mtn Dew.  “Oh My!!  Dad will LOVE that!”  Priceless.  Wish I would have had the video camera rolling.  Paired with Camo Pajama pants and it will be a HIT at our house.

We did have one little hiccup in our adventure.  My 5 year old found a Penguin Christmas decoration that she would just would die without.  Her heart was broken as I told her that we were just there to buy for Daddy.  The girl checking us out was adorable with my daughter and she helped me purchase it without my daughter knowing.  Yep!  She will be so thrilled on Christmas.  Plus, because I am a member of their gRewards program I had coupons to use too (they send them every month).  We got an amazing deal and everyone will be happy.
