Have you entered yet?
We’ve been talking about fun giveaway ideas over in our Facebook Group (have you joined yet? If not, you really should). And someone mentioned that it would be fun to have a really great date night giveaway. I totally agree. So here you go… 🙂
My hubby and I have had season tickets to Hale Centre Theatre since 2011. It is one of our favorite date nights. I personally love the season tickets because we schedule out the year and then even when life gets busy, we already have our date nights scheduled and planned. Which is is important!
Since I love you guys so much and I love Hale Centre Theatre, this giveaway is a perfect fit! One lucky winner will get TWO tickets to Hale Centre Theatre’s next show Disney’s The Little Mermaid!! Yay!
Do you have your tickets to The Little Mermaid yet? I’m so excited! We actually splurged this show and we are taking our girls with us. So, this time around, our girls get to come on “date night” with us. I guess you can call it “family date night.”
The shows at Hale are so unique because of the round stage. There isn’t a bad seat in the house and I have enjoyed every production I’ve been to. There really is something for Everyone!
I’m so impressed at the super high quality of shows at Hale Centre Theatre. These are some of the costumes in the works for The Little Mermaid. How amazing!
Here’s more info on Hale Centre Theatre’s The Little Mermaid Production:
Swim with Sebastian, float with Flounder and become part of Ariel’s underwater world in the Wasatch Front’s local company premiere of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, at Hale Centre Theatre. Tickets are on sale now for the Disney classic, slated to run June 5 through August 1, in West Valley City in more than 75 consecutive performances.
“Our production of The Little Mermaid is one of the most spectacular shows of the year with more colorful wigs, jewelry, costumes, gizmos and thingamabobs than you can imagine to create our undersea world,” said Sally Dietlein, HCT vice president and executive producer. “Add to that the set design, the subtleties of the ‘swimming’ choreography and the unique theatre-in-the-round staging, and the audience will feel like they too are ‘Under the Sea.’”
“A lot of prime local talent has shaped HCT’s production,” Dietlein said. “We have a wonderful group of professional choreographers, designers and production staff that have collaborated to create a show that will take your breath away. We’ve called upon the talent of Ramsi Stoker, our aerial instructor, to put her 15 years as a professional flier to work choreographing aerial silks routines that really bring the underwater scenes to life. We even have two professional Disney World princesses portraying our Ariels.”
Performance times are 7:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and matinees Saturdays at 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. No children under the age of five are permitted in the theatre. However, HCT has made available several Saturday 9:00 a.m. performances at which the age limit is reduced to three and older. Ticket prices are $32-35 for adults and $16 for children ages three through 11. Patrons are invited to keep an eye out for additional weekday matinees that may open up.
Shows are already selling out! For ticket information call 801-984-9000, go to www.hct.org, or visit the box office at 3333 S. Decker Lake Drive in West Valley City. For updates, contests and information on the current theatre season, follow Hale Centre Theatre on Facebook.
To enter the giveaway, head on over to Hale Centre Theater’s Website and look at their lineup of shows for the rest of 2015. Then come back and comment with which show you want to see the most. You can also watch this video with the announcement of their 2016 lineup and include one of those shows, if you would like.
Oh my gosh! I’m so excited for next season too! Make sure to make fill out the rafflecopter below to make your entry official. Also, there at a bunch of other ways to enter, so be sure to do as many as you can to have the best possible chance at winning.
