I was given a copy of Storyland Yoga to try out with my girls. My four year old loved it. She really tried to do it with me. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it and I stretched muscles that I haven’t stretched in years. For me, this was not only an enjoyable activity to do with my girls, it was very good for me as well. Even my 2 year old tried to get in on the action.
This DVD is recommended for ages 3-8 years. Although, my four year old struggled with some of the moves. She still really enjoyed it. It runs about 45 minutes long so it is a good little work out, but seemed to help us all relax. I plan on doing it at least a few times a week with my girls.
