As you might already know if you follow me on Instagram, I just got home from a fun vacation in Las Vegas.  Vegas has everything!   Fun entertainment, buffets, Bellagio (it is my favorite), and great pools for the kiddos.  We had a wonderful time.

But there was one thing that was really missing in Vegas.  Café Zupas.  No, I’m not kidding.  It was day three.  We had eaten out at buffets for 3 meals and I just wanted something lighter for a late dinner with my hubby.  Something refreshing that wouldn’t make me regret what I had eaten.  I immediately thought of Café Zupas.  It is our “Go To” when we want something super tasty, inexpensive, but fresh and yummy.   The sad part, the Vegas location isn’t open yet (it is opening soon, but not soon enough!!)  I was so sad!
