Wahoo!  I’m so excited to announce that we have partnered with The GYM at Station Park and Tiffany from Feel Great in 8 to offer a FREE event for our readers!

Surviving the Holidays will be your complete guide to a healthy, happy, stress-free season.  One night of mini classes to learn from the BEST and it is all FREE!!

We will be discussing some fun tips on fitness, nutrition, money saving, and time management.  Plus everyone who comes will get a free Healthy Holiday Recipes eBook.  We are also going to have drawings for a TON of giveaways!

This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!  Check out the classes we will be having and then head on over HERE to register.  It is super important that you register so we know how many people to expect.

FITNESS: In this fitness seminar you will learn tips on how to tighten and tone your most troubled areas such as the lower abs, inner/outer thighs, and the back part of your arms.

Also there will be specific techniques on how to maximize your time in the gym, how to keep fitness simple, and keep things fun by switching up the types of exercises you do so you do not get bored.

Fitness can truly be a lifestyle that you can enjoy that doesn’t take up all of your free time or deprive you of eating your favorite foods as long as you know the correct techniques.

TIME MANAGEMENT: Time management is huge when it comes to making sure you can get as much done in as little of time as possible. We are all so inundated with so many things to do such as keeping the family together, watching our children, being a mother/spouse, and all the other hats that we wear. I will teach you specific techniques on how to be efficient such as getting the best workout in 30 minutes or less, how to break up your day so you can fit fitness into your life, and how to stay focused and on task. Having a plan where you do the right things at the right time is what it is all about.

MONEY SAVING:Everyone wants to get the best deals over the Holidays and all year long. Becky, owner of the popular blog Utah Sweet Savings, will give us her tips and tricks of saving money on your Christmas gifts this year. Keep your stress down and enjoy the holiday season by getting your shopping done early, easily, and save a TON of money!

NUTRITION: It is possible to enjoy the holidays without the dreaded holiday weight gain! Tiffany, creator/host of the Feel Great in 8 Challenge will share simple tricks for making healthier choices, how to enjoy holiday foods in moderation, and how to make your favorite holiday recipes healthier.
