The magic is coming back to Southern California! Yesterday, Disneyland proposed plans for a phased reopening!
The Downtown Disney District will reopen on July 9, with Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park opening on July 17, which just happens to the the 65th anniversary of the opening of Disneyland! It’s sure to be a very special day! Resort hotels will be in the third phase of opening, which won’t occur till July 23, but you can make hotel reservations for the area through our travel partners, Get Away Today. In fact, Disneyland has paused the sale of tickets right now to ensure people aren’t buying tickets while they’re trying to limit park capacity, but for a VERY limited time you can still purchase tickets through Get Away Today. *Note: Ticket sales at Get Away Today are scheduled to temporarily stop on Friday, June 12, at 11:59 pm MT.
Get Away Today will date your tickets for your trip, which should help you get the Park Reservations for the days you need. The new Park Reservation System hasn’t yet been announced, but you can find out more information HERE.
