Does the KSL family pass include the elf hats and video too? Just trying to decide the best way to purchase our tickets – we have a family of 5 but one of our kids is 2 so we don’t technically need to pay for him.
The KSL site doesn’t say anything about elf hats, so I would assume they don’t include them.
I don’t even know where to start!!! This is nothing like the video ad!!! It’s very misleading in every way! The indoor train has only two car s that keep going off the rails and a kid has to come push it back on. Its so low budget i was embarrassed the entire time we were there (maximum 20 minutes)for whoever put this event together! One last thing the Santa you get to see right before exciting smells like B.O.!
I’m sorry you didn’t have an enjoyable time. We’ll keep it in mind if we decide to share this event again next year.
