- Calcium Chloride – for use when pasteurized milk is being used.

Ultimate Cheese Making Kit: $35 + $6 shipping. Will allow you to make hundreds of different homemade cheeses or butter (such as Mozzarella, Burrata, Ricotta, Monterey Jack, Feta, Chèvre (Goat Cheese), Cheese Curds, Cream Cheese, Butter, Cultured Butter, Quesa Blanco, Quesa Fresca and Fromage Blanc). Includes recipes and enough of the following ingredients to turn 20-25 gallons of milk into cheese:
- Liquid Microbial Rennet (Vegetarian & Kosher) – not a tablet that you have to try and divide and dissolve!
