I absolutely love these. All of my girls have been born in Utah in the freezing cold, so I am a big fan. Putting your baby in a coat and then buckling them in can be dangerous and the Highway Patrol warns parents every year not to put a child in a car seat with a coat on (if you want more info – see the end of the post). So this is a really great SAFE option on keeping your baby warm in the freezing months through winter. They are super soft and snugly inside and you can pack up your little one indoors and keep them warm on the way to (and in) the car. Available in Graphite, Khaki, Pink and Navy.
The JJ Cole Bundleme retails for about $55 at Babies R Us or $45 on Amazon – You can get it today on WootKids for $24.99.
The biggest problem posed by thick winter clothing in car seats (more so the littler the child) is that during an accident a child can slip out of their clothing during impact. You can read more about car seat safety with winter clothing here.
