I personally LOVE my Blendtec. I have the model that is $189.95, and it’s a fabulous blender. It has buttons on it to speed up or slow down the motor, or also pre-set buttons for smoothies, batters, whole juice, and more. One feature that was important to my family when we purchased it, was that it can fit on top of the counter and under the kitchen cupboards fully assembled. We wanted it out and easily accessible so it would be used often, not separated into the jar and base hidden in a cabinet somewhere.
