It’s no secret that we love shopping at Amazon at Utah Sweet Savings, and encourage our readers to do the same. But what happens if you place an order, and then a couple days later the price drops on the item? It can be discouraging! But it doesn’t need to be. Today I had a chat with an Amazon associate, Wendy, about what happens when this situation occurs:
She then sent me the following information in email:
So when this situation occurs, just go HERE and select “An order I placed.” Then choose “More order issues” and click on “Start chatting.” You’ll quickly be connected with an Amazon Associate who will help you get your refund. How easy is that?!
Make sure you notice, it has to be within 7 days from when the order ships. You can choose to receive a credit on your account or get a refund.

One concern- in your chat, Wendy said “It can just be one time…” I mean, that’s great if thhey will do it once to save me $4, but then if it happens again and would have saved me $20 I’m out of luck because I’ve already used my one time?
