I thought this was a fun decorating idea for the Holidays! Just fill a few balloons with water, add a couple of drops of food coloring and freeze. Once the water is frozen snip the balloons and set the colored balls out in the snow. I wonder how long they would last with the sun out? It gets awful cold here in Utah – they might be pretty for a while!
