Doesn’t work for me either…it says “the code can’t apply to this purchase”.
How weird. I just tried again and I can still apply it. Make sure you’re using all caps, and no spaces before or after EXTRA20. You can try contacting customer service to see if they can apply it for you if that doesn’t work. Sometimes logging out and back in helps. 1 (888) 664-4482
